When it comes to printing inserts for your planner, there are a few things to keep in mind for best results:
Choose quality paper
We recommend printing on cardstock for dashboards to increase durability while a thicker paper is typically sufficient for planner inserts.
Our favourite cardstock: A5, A4
Our favourite heavy paper: A5, A4
Match the file size to paper size
Your purchase will include multiple files, one per size. Select the file that corresponds to your planner size.
Use correct printer settings
Ensure your printer is set to 'actual size' or scale the pages to 100% before printing. Whether you are printing on paper the size of your planner, or to a larger size (like letter) and then cutting to fit your planner, this will ensure the design is scaled appropriately.

This can be tricky at first, but gets easier with practise as you get to know your printer. Each printer will be slightly different in how you accomplish this, but the general steps are to: print the odd page first, re-insert the paper and then print the even pages on the back. Of course some printers can automatically print double-sided by simply checking off that print setting.
